Cut and Paste, Columbus!

BIG NEWS!

WE LAUNCHED A MAGAZINE!

That's right!! The first issue of RGC Magazine, brought to you by the CCC, has been officially released!

RGC Magazine (which stands for "Really Good Collage" lol), is a fun, free, community publication celebrating collage art here in Columbus. Within its beautiful pages you will find full-color artwork, artist bios, and cut-out pages for your own collages.

Ad space is sold out for this issue, but you can still help! Any contributions will help increase our print runs and we will include your name as an individual contributor (unless you tell us otherwise).

You can get your copy at any of our upcoming collage parties, or if you can’t make it, reach out to info@columbuscollagecollective.com and we’ll ship one to you!

Narratives Rearranged: Collage as an Act of Resistance

By: Nikki Skyer

Collage is an art rooted in disruption. It resists singular narratives, building from preexisting fragments and making space for complexity, contradiction, and the unlikely artist. That spirit was alive and flowing through the Columbus Collage Collective’s meeting this January. Over 65 community members of all ages, backgrounds, and identities came together at the Fran Ryan Center for an evening of shared creativity.
